A cyst was discovered about 5 years ago; there have been repeated attempts at conservative treatment.
The cyst was removed, the root canal was 3 mm sealed with ultrasound.
Apical filling performed. The bone defect is filled with synthetic bone-plastic material. On top of the defect is laid PRF.
